  • Shipping & Taxes
    Our watches are shipped globally with DHL Express (2-4 working days). Shipping costs will be calculated upon check-out. Customers are responsible for their respective customs taxes/duties/VAT. If you require any assistance with regards to customs taxes/duties/VAT, do send us an e-mail at info@richardlegrand.com with your requests or questions.
  • Warranty
    All our watches are covered with a 2 year warranty starting from the date of purchase. A physical warranty card will be included with every purchase indicating the watch model and date of purchase. If you wish to make warranty claims, simply drop us an e-mail with your order number and photo reference(s) to help us understand the issue.
  • Return Policy
    Wish to return a product? Simply keep all contents and packaging in tact (protective film on crystal and case back must not be removed) and drop us an e-mail (info@richardlegrand.com) within 10 days of your purchase and we will provide you with instructions for a return and refund.
